Are Events Public?
YES! The majority of our events are open to the public community. Due to campus security policies, patrons who are not a part of the SFS community (employees, parents, students) must RSVP/Register for each event. Instructions are provided on the event registration page.
Reserving Tickets
Ticketing services are fully self-serviceable 24/7. You do not need to visit the Theatre Office to reserve tickets. Should a performance sell out online, it may still be possible to see the performance. Please place your name on the reservation system waitlist and wait in the theatre lobby on the date of the performance at least one hour (1-hr) prior to the start of the performance.

Will Call Tickets
If you intend to pay for your tickets in person (Will Call), please visit the Ticket Sales Desk in the theatre lobby as soon as you arrive for the performance. Be prepared to present a digital or paper copy of your order confirmation email. Please note that only cash is accepted for in-person payment.

For online orders, we accept:
Electronic Bank Transfer (you will receive bank details to make a direct bank transfer to our account)
*All electronic bank transfers must have the Order ID included in the transfer memo.Will Call (you will pay cash in the theatre lobby prior to the performance)
For door sales (in-person at the performance), we accept:
Cash only
Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds will be made for paid orders. If you are unable to attend, please contact the Theatre Office and we will issue a voucher that you can use towards a future event.
Exchanges may be made up to 48-hours prior to an event pending ticket availability. Exchanges may be requested via email or in person, but not over the phone. No exchanges will be made within 48-hours prior to the start of an event.

Not all events may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Therefore, patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows or events in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.
If at any time you have questions about content or themes, please contact the Theatre Office and we will direct you to the event host/director.
Infants & Small Children
Everyone sitting in a chair must have a ticket. Infants and children under 2 years old may sit in your lap at no charge.
Please be mindful of children's noise and movements and remove them from the event so as not to distract others around you.
Cameras & Recorders
Unless otherwise stated, photography and the use of recording devices are not permitted at events. Many of our events are live streamed and/or available for on-demand viewing depending on applicable copyright laws and presenter preferences.
