Reserving Tickets

Ticketing services are fully self-serviceable 24/7.  You do not need to visit the Theatre Office to reserve tickets.  Should a performance sell out online, it may still be possible to see the performance.  Please place your name on the reservation system and wait in the theatre lobby on the date of the performance at least one hour (1-hr) prior to the start of the performance.

Will Call Tickets

If you intend to pay for your tickets in person (Will Call), please visit the Ticket Desk in the theatre lobby as soon as you arrive for the performance.  Be prepared to present a digital or paper copy of your order confirmation email.  Please note that only cash is accepted for in-person payment.

Not all events may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages.  Therefore, patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows or events in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

If at any time you have questions about content or themes, please contact the Theatre Office and we will direct you to the event host/director.

Infants & Small Children

Everyone sitting in a chair must have a ticket.  Infants and children under 2 years old may sit in your lap at no charge.

Please be mindful of children's noise and movements and remove them from the event so as not to distract others around you.

Cameras & Recorders

Unless otherwise stated, photography and the use of recording devices are not permitted at events.  Many of our events are live streamed and/or available for on-demand viewing depending on applicable copyright laws and presenter preferences.
