Many of the events held in the SFS Theatres are free and available to the entire SFS community. Events that are ticketed will be listed below so that you can reserve your tickets 24/7 while available. Ticketing information and policies can be found below the ticketing widget.

TICKETING INFORMATION & policies

Office Hours (for in-person ticketing)

The Theatre Office is open for ticketing services during the following hours:

  • Regular office hours (see above)

  • Two hours prior to the start of any ticketed event (the location may vary depending on the performance venue - be sure to check the ticketing pages for location information).

All ticketing services are fully self-serviceable online and available 24/7.

Will Call Tickets

Will Call tickets may be picked up at the Theatre Office once an order has been placed. Customers must present a digital or paper copy of their order confirmation email to retrieve their tickets. If payment has not been made, we accept cash payment on pick up.

Payment Methods Accepted

For online orders, we accept:

  • Electronic Bank Transfer (you will receive bank details to make a direct bank transfer to our account)
    *All electronic bank transfers must have the
    Order ID included in the transfer memo.

  • Will Call (you will pay cash when picking up your order)

Online orders must be paid within 7-business days or prior to the day of the event, whichever occurs first. Unpaid tickets will be returned to the ticket stock if no payment is received.

For door sales and sales at the Theatre Office, we accept:

  • Cash only


Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be made for paid orders.

  • Exchanges may be made up to 48-hours prior to an event pending ticket availability. Exchanges may be requested via email or in person, but not over the phone. No exchanges will be made within 48-hours prior to the start of an event.

Not all events may appeal to or be appropriate for every person or for all ages. Therefore, patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows or events in order to make informed decisions prior to purchasing tickets.

If at any time you have questions about content or themes, please contact the Theatre Office and we will direct you to the event host/director.

Infants & Small Children

Everyone sitting in a chair must have a ticket. Infants and children under 2 years old may sit in your lap at no charge.

Please be mindful of children's noise and movements and remove them from the event so as not to distract others around you.

Cameras & Recorders

Unless otherwise stated, photography and the use of recording devices are not permitted at events. Many of our events are live streamed and/or available for on-demand viewing depending on applicable copyright laws and presenter preferences.
